Welcome to 2012 OC Fair & Event Center Livestock Department On-line entries. PLEASE PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING. If you use AOL, NETSCAPE, or FIRE FOX, minimize it and click to open Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser 5.0 or higher. Before proceeding with on-line entry, please visit our website at www.ocfair.com and download the 2012 Livestock Competition Guide for rules and regulations. Note that sessions expire after 20 minutes of inactivity, so "save the cart" if you plan on leaving the computer for more than 20 minutes.
EVERYONE MUST REGISTER AS A NEW EXHIBITOR WHEN LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2012 AS INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS YEARS HAS NOT BEEN SAVED.
When logging-in/registering for the first time, please do the following:
1) Click "Login/Logoff"
2) Choose type "Exhibitor"
3) Type in "First Name"
4) Type in "Last Name"
5) Click on "I am a new exhibitor"
You will need to create a password when registering for the first time. Remember your password as this will allow you access for future sessions. Once established, you are ready to create entries. When entering information, please note that ALL fields are required. If a field/box does not apply to you, please type "NA". If pending, please type "PENDING". Please follow the directions as they should help lead you through the process.
Birth Date and Club/Chapter Name are REQUIRED for all entries. Once completed with the entry process please CHECK-OUT and print 2 copies of the Confirmation Receipt. Keep one copy for your personal records and one copy is to be signed and mailed to the OC Fair & Event Center Livestock Dept., 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
MANDATORY-All Youth Exhibitors must print and sign a CODE OF CONDUCT form and send it in along with the Confirmation Receipt. All Market Show Exhibitors must complete Ethics Awareness by July 1, 2012. See Market Show Competition Guide for details on Ethics Awareness.
Entry fees MUST be paid on-line. No checks accepted.
Be sure to mail ALL required/signed paperwork to the OC Fair - Livestock Dept., by Friday, June 8, 2012.
Entries are NOT valid until all paperwork is received by the Livestock Department.
